On Friday, December 8, 2023, a homegoing celebration for Ms. Rosa Thomas will be held at Ashbury Broadneck United Methodist Church, 657 Broadneck Road Annapolis, MD 21049, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. Immediately following services, the Interment will be held at Crownsville Veterans Cemetery.
