On Saturday, December 30, 2023, a homegoing celebration for Ms. Virginia Hicks will be held at New Freedom Church and Ministries, 4915 Reisterstown Road Randallstown, MD 21215, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. Immediately following services, the Interment will be held at King Memorial Park.
