On Saturday, March 23, 2024, a homegoing celebration for Mrs. Dana A. Talbert will be held at the Rising Sun First Baptist Church, 2211 St. Luke's Lane, where the family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. with services to follow.
