Ms. Gail Fowlkes, age 66, passed away April 22, 2024, in Baltimore, MD. Ms. Fowlkes was born on September 1, 1957, to Willie and Mildred Fowlkes. Funeral rites will be conducted through Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - EAST (4905 York Rd. 21212). A viewing will be held Thursday, May 9, 2024, 4:30 - 7:00 PM at the funeral home. On Saturday, May 10, 2024, a funeral service will be held at The Historic Israel Baptist Church (1220 N. Chester St. 21213), the wake will take place at 10:30 AM, with services to follow at 11:00 AM. The interment will take place immediately following the service at Gardens of Faith Memorial Park.
