On Wednesday, May 15, 2024, a homegoing celebration for Ms. Shirley Briscoe will be held at Union Baptist Church, 1219 Druid Hill Avenue Baltimore, MD 21217, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with services to follow. Immediately following services, the Internment will be held at Arbutus Memorial Park.
