Obituary of Dorothy Mae Barnes

Mrs. Dorothy Mae Barnes, age 100, transitioned from labor to reward on July 14, 2024. She leaves to mourn and cherish her memory: five beloved children, and a host of grandchildren, other releatives, and loved ones. A viewing for Mrs. Dorothy Mae Barnes, will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD 21133. On Friday, July 26, 2024, a homegoing celebration for Mrs. Dorothy M. Barnes will be held at Empowerment Temple A.M.E. Church, 4217 Primrose Avenue, where the family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with services to follow. The interment service will be held on Monday, August 5, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. at the Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, where Mrs. Barnes will be laid to rest with her late husband, Mr. Loyd Richard Barnes.
