On Wednesday, August 28, 2024, a homegoing celebration for Mr. Leslie J. Noble, IV will be held at the Vaughn Greene Chapel at Randallstown, 8728 Liberty Road, where the family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. with services to folllow.
