Greene Funeral Services, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 4:00 - 7:00 PM. On Thursday, October 17, 2024, a funeral service for Mr. Harrell will take place at All Saints Church, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 – 11:00 AM with service to follow. The interment will take place at Parkwood Cemetery.
