Rhonda Joy Ray, age 53, of Owings Mills, transitioned Monday, July 19, 2021, in Greater Baltimore Medical Center of Towson, MD. Ms. Ray was born December 13, 1967, in Baltimore, MD. On Saturday, July 24, 2021, Services for Ms. Ray, will be held at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD where the family will receive friends from 1:30 – 3:00PM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery, Gwynn Oak on Monday, July 26, 2021 at 2:00 PM.
