My condolences to the Daise/Thornton families. I did not know Vera that well myself as I was more of a contemporary of her brothers Stanley and Ronald. However, the Daise family is a highly respected and loved family on St Helena Island, S.C. The loss of any member of that family is felt by all of us. Rest in peace Vera and may God give your family strength during this time of loss.
