A viewing for Mr. Tynes will be held on Tuesday, March 29th where the family will receive friends from 3:00PM-7:00PM at Vaughn C. Greene Funeral Services, 8728 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD. On Wednesday, March 30th A celebration of life service for Mr. Tynes will be held at the New Shiloh Baptist Church, 2100 N. Monroe Street, Baltimore, MD where the family will receive friends from 10:00AM – 10:30AM with services to follow. The interment will take place at Druid Ridge Cemetery immediately following services.
